DeForest Kelley, the actor who won television immortality for his role as Dr. Leonard (Bones) McCoy, the crusty, humane spaceship physician on ''Star Trek,'' died on Friday at the Motion Picture and Television Hospital in Woodland Hills, Calif. He was 79.
