Anne Frank, a Jewish victim of the Holocaust, wrote the most famous diary on the Holocaust. Her diary is often a young person's first introduction to the horrors of the Holocaust. Anne Frank's diary has been translated into more than 70 languages. In it, she describes life in hiding in the "Secret Annex" in Amsterdam. She died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in March 1945.
